I wanted to do mountain climbers at the gym the other day, but roommate tried to say they weren’t a thing :[

Eating small meals every 2-3 hours also speeds up your metabolism and promotes fat loss.
Here’s an example of a good daily meal plan:
- Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal topped with bananas, walnuts, and cinnamon. Optional: mix in a spoonful of peanut butter to make it creamier.
- Morning Snack: Almonds and some dried fruit
- Lunch: Grilled whole wheat veggie sandwich with hummus on it. Optional: Havarti cheese.
- Afternoon Snack: A mini-parfait with Greek yogurt, berries, topped with nuts of some sort
- Dinner: Minestrone soup and a spinach smoothie.
